Extremely dishonest company with the lowest service standards. Here’s what happened: They called me the night before. Although we agreed on a cash payment initially, they wanted me to pay deposit the whole amount so I made a transfer in the night and literally 2 min after the transfer is gone, someone from the company calls me and tells me they cannot make it in the morning so they rescheduled my cleaning service to a different time. The excuse was one of the cleaners could t make it and they wanted it to be 2 people which makes sense for a 300£ Cleaning service of a 70m2 small flat. On the cleaning day, only 1 person shows up, doesn’t speak English and has the worst complaining attitude. We kindly asked her to change sheets and she said it would be extra. After staying 4-5 hours she left without actually vacuuming the ground, leaving the dining room in dust. I sent photos to the company, they didn’t bother to comment on it instead they complained when I left the apartment the fridge was not empty and they were some garbage. That’s why I called them anyway. This company is a scam, you can get the same service for 50-100£ from people with lot better attitude. Stay away Services: Deep clean, Moving-related cleaning
