  Had a bridge put in for my wedding and it lasted less than 24 hours, having cost £550. When I called reception several times during opening hours to discuss this, I get their ‘overflow’ answering service - an outsourced third party company that can only take messages, which go unanswered. I’m really unhappy and feel completely ripped off.

  I would give zero stars if i could. Few days ago I have had my dental cleaning done by one of their doctors. Last night bleeding lump appeared on my gum. Following day at 9am I walked in and explained receptionist what happened. I also explained that I'm leaving country in less than 24 hours. She offered me appointment next week... Common sense is I guess something you have to be born with.. Seems like infection is taking over my gum but receptionist just didnt care and kept telling me "we are fully booked... We are fully booked" Like a scratched LP playing same tune over and over again. I also explained how I don't need any treatment I just need to know how serious this lump is. Is it irritation after hygiene performed few days ago or is it infection? It was 2pm right after their lunch and waiting area was empty. She just didn't want to help (you all know how it is. If you want to help you will find a way. If you don't you will find an excuse) I asked to be removed from their database and she answered with her totally fake politeness I'm sorrryyyyy... Its all done for youuuuu. Have a goooood daaaay. Click on my profile and see it yourself.. I give nothing but 5 stars as I don't write negative comments. This place is exception

  I have had to have a couple of appointments recently for some last touch ups on my bonding and Dr Ose was super friendly, very informative. I felt so comfortable when I am usually very anxious when going to dentist appointments. He’s very trustworthy and if I could I would give him and the girls 10 stars great team and atmosphere!

  This place has been amazing with my 3year old girl. They stayed open late on a Saturday to see her after she knocked a couple of teeth out. Can’t sing their praises enough. All of the staff have been wonderful. We now have a little girl that loves going to the dentist.

  I have had the worst experience with Tooth Doctor. Never known such awful service. The list of issues is as long as my arm. The only appear to care about their celebrity clients. Avoid if you care about your time being wasted. -appointments cancelled because staff no longer working that day (not due to sickness) -i had them call me 3 times in one day to cancel and rebook appointments because of staff booking holiday. -left waiting over an hour after my appointment time, then for my dentist to come out and ask me to rebook. -every appointment I had was late and left waiting (not even just 5/10 mins - 30 to 45 per appointment) -appointments being changed without consulting me first. I would just receive an email and the time of my appointment had been changed. -got told I couldn’t have Invisalign at my consultation. Had a top brace fitted. At my appointment to have the bottom fitted, the dentist told me she can’t fit the brace that day because they didn’t book enough time for it. And had I thought about Invisalign? -constantly booking appointments for specific things and then being told at the appointment that they didn’t book enough time for it so I couldn’t actually have what I booked for, again wasting more of my time. -they shut due to covid and cancelled my appointment (understandably) but I found out they were re-open via instagram because they were advertising for new clients rather than trying to rebook the clients that lost their appointments during covid. How about looking after the clients that you do have and not waste someone’s time so much? I spent so much money on my teeth and the treatment I received was shocking. The worst part about it is my teeth aren’t even finished after 4 years because I have been messed around so much. I don’t even want to go back.

  I am very very disappointed in this company. I transferred to Stanford le Hope because I was completely disgusted in the customer service. I was attempting to book an appointment over the phone and I was rushed and the lady put the phone down on me. I told the manager and it was just brushed off. I have transferred to Stanford le hope and again the level of customer service was the same. I booked appointment with them over the phone. I arrived and the lady was telling me that I was booked in Basildon. Why would I book in Basildon when I already had a problem with the staff there? Eventually I was seen to. But it took a lot of TALKING to even see a dentist. As the customer I should have been apologised to. But instead there was this attitude they have there like they can never be in the wrong. The dentists are perfect. It’s just such a shame the receptionists aren’t.
