This week we bought a Dacia Sandero from Toomey Southend. The service could not have been better. Jay Singh was professional throughout he showed us round various options, without being pushy. Jay quickly arranged a test drive and completed paperwork efficiently. He sorted a couple of small issues and arranged collection within three days keeping in touch throughout. After collection we noticed a small chip in the windscreen Jay arranged to replace the windscreen and lent us a car while it was sorted. Five star service at its best Jay. Thank you 😊

Overall an excellent experience with a friendly dealer from start to finish when upgrading my 2 year old Captur Iconic to a higher spec model. The part exchange offer was very good which covered my deposit on the new vehicle and although there was a long wait for my SE Edition factory order, Sales Executive Zack Herring offered me as a loyal customer an upgrade to an even better equipped Rive Gauche Special Edition Captur for a similar monthly payment on a PCP contract which would be available within a few weeks. The deal offered, the administration process and the car handover was handled very professionally by Zack and the team as I have come to expect having previously purchased a number of vehicles for myself and members of my family from this dealer over some years. Even though during part of the process I was isolating with Covid Zach was regularly in touch and the relevant paperwork to be signed was brought to me at home. Zach also contacted me after a few days of owning my new Captur to ask if there were any issues or if I had any questions about the vehicle which was very welcome. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone thinking of purchasing a Renault vehicle.
