Terrible customer service ( JOHN) as no sir name appeared , Bought items and but one item appeared as £5 charged for next day delivery , straightaway emailed their customer Service to cancel this Item , But Customer Service refused to cancel the Item and refund, as saying “you emailed our customer beyond the hours “ their System Can take the orders and payment beyond the hours but not an option to stop or cancel the Items, Again WASLALL is the worst Branch to deal with anyway. I will report to Paypal and Customer Rights depot. Must AVOID dealing with them.

Went in yesterday for insulation for front and back doors are strip had worn away and letting in that cold winter air. I was served by Adrian....i werent sure which product i needed but he suggested an alternative with cling film...filler and olive oil. Lol sounds crazy but did the trick! Thanks Adrian!! Very helpful and funny guy! I only write reviews when i think staff have gone above and beyond...he couldve sold me anything knowing it wouldnt work but didnt, appreciate that!
