I was told by work colleagues to try out Tool Station in Westwood Cross, rather then my other outlets which I always used. I couldn’t believe how much better this place was. They sell the same stuff as all the other stores at a competitive price which is good. By far though, which really stood out to me, is the customer service! I go there now for everything. I’ve have 4 different staff help me and everyone of them are willing to help above and beyond. I give this place 5 stars, I would give them 10 if I could. Hope this helps 👍

Really disgusting customer service, walked in to the ramsgate branch to pick up my order, one miserable guy serving one other person looking through a catalogue, stood there for a while, I then asked is anyone else serving, he said there picking, he came over and just said NAME, he then walked off came back and threw it on the desk and walked away . Should have gone to screwfix.. very bad👎

Manager of this branch is an unpleasant woman who is very aggressive in her mannerisms, I'd rather wait for one of the other friendly staff. This has been brought to attention of higher management but she seems to still be in situ shouting and bawling at paying customers.
