I ordered a hoist when it arrived it was damaged so a replacement was when this one arrived it had obviously been returned because a number of parts where missing and the packaging was damaged so a third hoist was ordered this time it was OK in my opinion the company need to review there distribution centre at my local store in Scunthorp all the staff where very helpful but I don't know if I will use this company again when screwfix is on the same site and I have never had a problem like this with this company
