Terrible customer service. Guy on the till Sheridan or something stays there pressing his phone whilst customer waited. No smile nothing, they make mistake with your orders instead of fix it they show attitude. Most definitely not coming back there. It appears the few friendly staff have left such a shame!

I LOVE this branch of Toolstation! It’s always clean and tidy and it’s extremely well equipped as it’s very rare they don’t have an item in stock. The staff are knowledgeable and polite. Especially Louise and Katie who have served me on many occasions. I will continue to use this branch as it has the personal touch that other branches can lack. Keep up the good work everyone!

Horrendous customer service experience by the person on store on the 10th April 2022. Went there to collect an order and asked about the size of the drill bit or the hole fixing points of the upright as I will need to open a hole on the wall for the shelving upright I purchased, as there wasn’t any details online on the company’s website about that under the tech specs section. The response I got was that their job is only to pass me the items I ordered, they aren’t there to advise on my project and if I wanted I should measure the uprights fixture diameter myself. They were very rude and I wasn’t treated with respect as customer, wanted to actually cancel my order but I needed the items for that day.
