I purchased a number of radiators at toolstation and stored them in my garage until I could sort a plumber to come and instal these in my home. When opening up these boxes i then discovered how damaged these radiators were. I rung up toolstation and asked if there was anything they could do and the guy i spoke with said i would have to email in with photos, so i did. I then got a reply back saying there was nothing they could do as it was after the 4 week period. I refuse to believe there is nothing they could do like swap them as a gesture of good will but they still refused to do this. Will never buy anything from here again or recommend to anyone going forward. Poor from toolstation this.

Zoe less than helpful, to the point of avoiding a dispute and getting very angry with her tone when she was speaking, if it was my staff member manager or not she would be gone, staff like this is why the harrogate branch will soon end up going down hill and that's a shame
