Dishonest customer service. I bought a tool in store, which was delivered to my home. It didn't do the scan/job that it was advertised to do(having done my research). When I tried to return it to the store, I was charged 9 pounds for a courier to collect it from my home. This info was not told to me, as I would have bought the same tool elsewhere. Not cheap, not convenient, never again.

I was extremely impressed by the help that I received from Jack D. Very polite and knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble he made suggestions and brought the item out for me to see. I'm so pleased that Toolstation in Christchurch is opened going to be spending some serious money here instead of screwfix. Ps there's a motor bike shop next door, heaven 🤣
