Poor customer service. Decent range of products & counter staff are friendly when you are purchasing. However, the problems start if you need to return anything whether for a refund or exchange. Policy is unclear/not always adhered to & the friendliness abruptly stops. Screwfix opposite have been consistently excellent with customer service for purchases & returns. We will be sticking with Screwfix opposite for the assurance that they are happy to help if you have any problems after purchase.
