Had a marvellous time here! Spoke to an older, small lady, possibly the oldest employee I’ve ever seen, who gave excellent customer service and sprinkling of banter. A very wholesome experience! Ordering my new rise and recline chair was a good experience and Lee was most helpful. He explained everything and demonstrated all the positions the chair had to offer. There was no sale pressure and he took great care to ascertain that it was the right size for me and would meet all my requirements. The only trouble is that I have to wait! I have bought other goods on line and they were always good value. All in all a fun morning.
