As I rebuild my house I've become somewhat a regular at TS Castlepoint and the service I receive is fab. I'll name-drop Maya, James and Brodie, but everyone in there is equally friendly and happy to help (sometimes several times day!). I'll draw comparison to the corporate machine next door that is Screwfix with hundreds of staff - I shop there just as regularly and no-one knows me... Given the choice I know where I'd rather shop.
