Bought a Makita plunge saw online. Order was sent out but only one parcel arrived so chased this up with Tools4Trade. Guy was rude and acted like a div. Couldnt care less about my order or the fact that half my order wasnt delivered. Wont be using them again.

Very poor experience. Ordered some items on a Monday for next day delivery (needed it for a job) items never arrived, chased the first time and was told it will arrive Wednesday, it never. Chased again and it finally arrived Friday. I couldn’t complete my job, had to delay another and lost money in the process. I asked tools4trade for compensation and they agreed £25, never received the money which agreed by MD Val. Chased this now 3 times over 2weeks, Val is in and no return call. The tools may be better priced but avoid them if you need to resolve an issue… I wish I never bought the items

Very difficult to get hold of....... Tried contacting on many occasions always number 2 in the queue..... Will not reply to emails, their chat never anyone there to chat to. Best go somewhere else was informed the company has gone.

Paid £50 to send a £500 tool back for a refund as I ordered the wrong one and because it had dust on it they said it had been used and wouldn't refund. Paid another£50 to get it collected to return it to me and they wouldn't give DPD the parcel. Paid £500 for the tool, £100 postage and haven't even got the tool. Fuming! Poor customer service not the end of this!
