    A number of tools ordered in November and I am still waiting on some of my order. Numerous emails sent and now Toolchimp are saying end of May before my garden fork arrives. Toolchimp had my frank and honest review on Trustpilot removed, my comments on Toolchimp Facebook page also removed. A company most definitely to be avoided.

    Ordered tools from them with and paid next day delivery. They didnt bother to pack the order for 2 weeks then only shipper it when i chased them up, still charged me for the next day delivery. Items were squeezed into a box too small and arrived damaged because of this, would never use them again

    Scammers. Do not give them money. Took my money for an item. A week passes, so i phone them up. They say its on its way from their storage site and will be a day. Week passes i ring them again. They say its on back order and will be a month. I ask for a refund. Another month passes and i am still chasing a 40 refund. They are ignoring my communication, and not ever returning calls. I have had to open a paypal dispute now. Rude people on phone aswell. Liars and thiefs.

    Hmmm 🤔 Draw your own conclusion. Ordered several product 23 AUG 2022. Told 2 weeks later that it would arrive end of the week or beginning of next. Started a PayPal dispute action, 21 SEP 2022 offered a partial refund and products sent shortly. 4 OCT 2022 products still not delivered so at the PayPal deadline I rejected the offer. If PayPal offer was accepted when made, I would have got £20 refund from PayPal but may have lost £59.10 to ToolChimp. PayPal resolution provided full refund. Following refund ToolChimp offered to still deliver the products. Delivery arrived 27 OCT 2022 (over 2 months from purchase), they got 3 of 4 products correct!

    Well I can’t fault Toolchimp. I bought a Bulldog stainless steel digging spade with a lifetime guarantee. I managed to break the handle last Saturday and sent them an email telling them. I received another complete spade the following Tuesday. Thank you Toolchimp.
