I called Tony today about a draught coming in through my patio and front door. The lady that answered was very helpful and promised to call me back and she did this. She said she would try and get Tony over to me today to look at the issue. Tony arrived on his way home which i was delighted about as i was feeling very cold in my home and i also have a 1 year old son so i wanted to get this sorted asap. He fixed the problem right away for me. He was very polite and very personable, customer service was 100% I would use Tony again without a doubt!
