Excellent service, I highly recommend this garage, my daughters car had to be towed to Tony Le Voi, it was booked in to be looked at on the Monday but allowed the car to be towed to their garage on the Friday, it arrived in the morning & they looked at it straight away even though it was booked for the Monday & they rung me & told me straight away what needed doing & I agreed for them to carry out the work needed & on Monday they fixed it & the car was ready to be picked up, thanks a lot for the excellent service you provided really impressed, I always put my car in this garage for mot & service as well & they have never let me down, I highly recommend this garage, very polite & professional staff on the service desk as well.

I had a great time sorting out my new car. Although it took over 6 months to actually get the car (not the fault of LeVoi's I may add) I feel I was treated very well. I got a good deal on part exchange too. The whole process was simple and I was made to feel like a valued customer. Looking forward to actually driving off in the new one on Monday!

When looking for a new car at Tony Le Voi it was an enjoyable experience. I did not feel pressured like I have at previous showrooms. I was approached by Martin who answered all my questions and then said he would leave me to browse and would be inside if I needed help. When I made my decision Martin was very helpful and very reassuring. I would definitely recommend me them.

Poor service.l've booked an appointment to update my maps plus delete previous phones from the system. Order was taken, car left at the premises for a day. At the pickup I payed £132(okay with that) but noticed that only second issue was fixed. Went back to tell'em that, they notified me I'll have to purchase map update online (extra£89). I felt like should've been notified about that placing the order . Conclusion: lack of knowledge from person taking the order to one giving my car back . Chaos 🤯
