Great lunch deal. Delicious ramen, very authentic and good range of dishes. Service is fast even during busy periods. Perfect for quick, delicious and filling ramen and drinks before theatre or drinks in Soho.

Food was good, but the service was poor. Waiting staff don't really know how to handle food and drinks properly and the music was so loud I felt like I was in a nightclub. But the food was good.

Used to love this place, some of the best ramen in London, but hadn't been to the Soho branch for a few years. Ordered some Chilli Tofu ramen with an egg - the ramen was completely lacking flavour and any hint of heat, the egg was literally just a plan hard boiled egg cut in half rather than a nice runny ajitsuke egg that you usually get in ramen, and there was barely enough broth to keep the dish warm, let alone any left once I'd suffered through the bland food. My partner had the same ramen, and had to add spoons and spoons full of chilli oil to give it any flavour, even then she said it was hardly hot at all and absolutely nothing like other tofu ramen we've had from other places. Do yourself a favour and walk to Bone Daddies round the corner instead, it seems like Tonkotsu has really fallen off now and just offers the same old bland tourist food that a lot of places in the area do. Really disappointed and I doubt I'll be coming back to this branch or any other branch to be fair. Vegetarian options: A decent selection but judging by the food we ate, not much thought has gone into making these tasty.

If you want to Dine In you will have to wait a minimum of 1 hour (since the moment you get the table, I recommend to book a table before handed), The food tastes insanely good, but even the "regular" size is not sufficient to make you feel satisfied. ALSO, the service is literally horrible. I went with a Friend, we waited 20minutes to get our orders picked, waited more than 50 minutes to get our food and more 15 minutes just to pay the bill (with a 12.5% to service, which is awful). I don't recommend to go to that unit, there's plenty of other cool Japanese food near the Soho Area

I very was impressed that my ramen came out within 10 minutes of ordering. The portion size was good but I felt that the broth could be hotter, my noodles didnt seem cooked all through and it all got cold too quickly. Also, the yuzu lemonade was quite refreshing but it was such a small glass for 3£
