Spent this afternoon having a haircut by student Lauren, enjoyable experience, chatty person and having completed a handful of male cuts I felt she has done very well (I had a lot of hair to work with!) obviously always a teaching moment to be had but I didn't walk out bald..... So everything good ha ha Dexter was bubbly and exciting and overhearing his teaching methods, clearly dedicated to producing successful graduates.

Poor communication - told me none of the ‘requirements’ for them to cut hair so I wasted my time coming in. Same thing happened to 3 others in the 5 minutes I was in the waiting room Edit: they also never refunded me. Luckily my bank is disputing it for me.

I went out of curiosity and got out super happy, the haircut is spot on, the blow style I've gotten was perfect. And just for a tenner. You do need to plan time, the Hair services are performed by students supervised by professionals, they need to get guidance at each step so plan 3-4 hours for an haircut. Worth every penny.
