Ordered HP compatible toner cartridge multipack. Got delivered the next day morning. Haven't used the cartridges for few months until the existing ones ran out. When i wanted to use them found that yellow was faulty and rest of them worked fine. Gave a call to their customer service, despite order being placed few months ago their response was pretty impressive. Josh sent all the advice via email within minutes to fix the issue. Unfortunately, the troubleshooting didn't work. He apologized and sent the replacement cartridge delivered to me by next morning and that worked a treat. When we talk about buying with confidence and exemplary customer service - these guys could be a case study!

Ordered on their next day delivery for cartridges urgently needed. 3 business days later still not arrived. Called their customer service team who were quite frankly very rude and blamed the delay of a fedex delivery on Royal Mail postage strikes with a senior called Lou who was just as rude and patronising as her staff, guess that explains why the rest of the team feel they can speak to you in this manner. If urgently needed, avoid, don’t bother calling unless you want to be patronised either.

Suddenly realised that to complete a large amount of printing, I would l probably would need 2 cartridges (which were low !!) Ordered on line for next business day delivery , then realised next day was a Saturday and a Bank holiday weekend, so rang to enquire cost of Saturday delivery!!!!!! decided it was to expensive, but left the order. Saturday afternoon a parcel arrived 'My Cartridges' not only are Toner Giant the cheapest for quality Original Ink, BUT also for Ultra fast delivery. Thank you

Great service from the customer care team. Several months after ordering and receiving some cartridges, one of the old ones had run out. When I replaced it, it wouldn't print first of all, and then only faintly. I told tonergiant at around 4.30pm, and they had a replacement cartridge out to me by 10am the next morning. Much appreciated and what great customer service.

We had a new printer delivered and I inadvertently ordered the wrong cartridges. We realised this 7 weeks later when we wanted to replace one of the toners. My error, and I appreciate that. However, having asked if I could return and order the correct ones, bearing in mind these are £698 orders, I was told there was a 20% restocking fee costing me £139.00! So, instead of securing all of my future business, they have now lost all of my business. Amended review, I called back and after a full explanation I was able to understand their reasons for the charge. I have since returned and had great service. I have experienced an issue with one of the cartridges, but Chris has immediately advised me what to do, and has created a case for me to ensure it is remedied :-)
