Not tried this place for a long time thought id give it another go.Ordered online was told it would be ready for 19.57, picked it up on time. Could understand a little if it was busy, only one table occupied. The order was wrong the food was cold, and I mean all of it . My wife actually said if i hadn't picked it up she wouldn't have thought it had come from there. Not even worth a phone call back to them it was that bad. Never again

Really disappointed with my meal, no salad with the Bajis so pretty dry, the chicken tikka masala was runny and tasteless, the chicken was so tough I actually spat it out. They were delivered in plastic containers this time, the last time I ordered they came in tin foil cartons so I’m not sure if the food was just chucked in the microwave to warm it up but it was horrible. Sorry Tandoori Royal so bad tonight.

Terrible service. Have ordered from this restaurant for many years and tonight they refused my order, after taking payment, due to my address being too far away. Requested that I cancel the order from their app (orderyoyo) which is impossible, so I have had to open a dispute with PayPal. Will never order again from this restaurant.

I ordered lamb saag and it was very bland, there was no spices, it wasnt flavoursome. I also think it needed salt and pepper. The lamb was alright though. It's a shame because I had not had an Indian takeaway in months. I was left very disappointed.
