Absolute joke of a service. Called at 8, call drops 4x. Called at 5:45pm holding the line and call drops at 6 when lines close. Called again at 8am, calls drop again as they say lines are busy. Waited until 9am and I'm told it's too late. I'm in pain. GP was ok on the last visit, told me book an MRI for my knee. Never heard back, months have passed. Went to say i have a problem with my eye they said go to specseavers? I don't need glasses. What's the point of paying taxes?

Imagine hell, then imagine that in an endless phone queue while waiting to arrive there. We all love the NHS but this surgery and the attached pharmacy are woefully inadequate. I wish these useless practices could experience the trauma they put taxpayers through.

Great reception staff and doctors. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The reception staff are the glue that hold the place together with kindness and efficiency. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They should be called Tonbridge Super Medical Group!!

Two sides of the review of Tonbridge Medical Group. Phone system is a nightmare and tough to get an appointment. However the doctors and staff are incredible, kind, and thoughtful. As a first time parent the doctors helped us so much, they are amazing. Change the phone system or allow bookings through an online portal and TMG would be the best in Tonbridge.

New building is nice enough, just in an awkward and frustrating place to drive to in town. Car parking spaces are super tight, and designed badly with bollards that'll soon be covered in car paint work in anoying places. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Phone system is a nightmare. Getting an appointment within a reasonable amount of time is really hard. I assume it's to many patients to medical staff. Also signing up for online stuff is a car crash. It's a very average doctors surgery in my opinion I'm sure some people have had the best doctors experience there. 3 only stars for the new building and staff customer services only

Every time I have visited the surgery I've been on time yet I've had to wait ~45 mins before being seen. Clearly their doctors are no good at keeping to time and very good at wasting other people's time. They don't answer phones and the reception staff are no help either. You're better off visiting a witch doctor...
