I worked at Tonbridge House from September 2018 to May 2019. Best place I have ever worked at. Beautiful home. Management was great, the atmosphere was lovely and friendly, everyone cared for our residents and I met and worked with some people I now call my best friends. I left as I was moving back to France but would work there again in a heartbeat.

I have to say I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and attitude of everyone there, and quite taken aback by the comfort and luxury on offer to the residents. Would not promote Tonbridge house care home in Tonbridge at all. Over zealous fees. If you want a hotel with bad vibes this the place. Fake friendliness to your face. Our relation did not receive good care. So much one could say but all negative. Deputy Manager comes across passive aggressive manager just giggles at everything and no sense with either of them and fees unprofessional layout. Our advice big massive fees for hotel like rooms with no atmosphere, meals tasteless. They have A La Carte menu that is horrible food, our relative lost weight! Staff with bad attitudes. A place with uncaring fake feel that seems to have so many construction issues is it actually safe?
