Massively overcharging for an inconsistent service, one dentist did awful my first cleaning there, left my mouth feeling rough. Then the next one did okay. They also spring additional services and fees onto you whilst they're in your mouth which really puts you in a position where you feel pressured into saying yes. Also, making people pay £35 for PPE that was never even needed is insane too. Staff are very polite and friendly, but I cannot agree with their predatory practices. Do not recommend.

As someone who is absolutely petrified of the dentist it took a lot for me to even just walk through the doors! I can honestly say after my initial consultation and then having my much needed filling done I will be recommending them to everyone! The dentist I saw was very patient and explained everything to me in detail. She made me feel calm and gave me breaks if I needed them. For the first time in 12 years I don't feel scared to go back! Thanks ladies 😊

I booked an appointment here as I work close by, I was advised that I needed fillings on three of my teeth, needed a mouth guard as there was evidence of grinding teeth and that I needed a load of other work done. They told me I had receeding gums and would need extensive work done to repair this. They sent me away with an estimate of £500+. They didn't clean my teeth, and I was left with a hefty PPE charge which shouldn't have actually been applied because they did no air fed procedures that required the FFP3 masks. I went to two other dentists for a second opinion and they all said this recommendation was completely unwarranted and unnecessary. Safe to say I will not be coming back. After speaking with a number of other people ho have gone there (including my family) everyone seems to have had a similar experience. Overcharging, separating appointments in order to charge more, misleading customers and recommending unecessary procedures.

My lovely dentist Oke always makes me feel so comfortable, never judges me and looks after me so well, one of the best dentists I have ever had. Lovely Louise also saved me recently after having horrific toothache just before new years eve and got me some much needed antibiotics. Great service and always feel looked after.
