I checked the reviews and some of them are stupid i would say. As people who dont understand about IT only can make stupid complains (talking from experience). Came in today to the shop asked about some hard drives as i had issues (i do have idea and understanding about IT) Tom was most profesional with knowledge. He took him around 20min to identify the problem and explain to me that is not fixible. When i asked him how much i owe him he said nothing. I will put few quid in the charity box when im passing. At that time i did not have any cash. Thank you Tom
