dissapointed, first time ordering after having a leaflet through the door. Very greasy, sweet and sour chicken balls, the batter tasted like it had been fried in old oil, had a fishy taste to them. as did the chips. chicken chow main was really runny and greasy. always like to try and support restaurants that post leaflets through the door, but unfortunately, very dissapointing

Terrible place would not recommend getting takeaway from their. I ordered my food using the Deliveroo app. After 2 hours of waiting and plenty of calls with them saying it’s very soon, my food still hasn’t arrived. The assured me that the food would arrive after 45 minutes but was simply untrue. The customer service was quite frankly rude, with the restaurant hanging up on me after I was voicing my concerns. Update: To be honest the food isn’t that bad, I just wouldn’t recommend it if you want an easy fix.

What an amazing discovery 👏. My first surprise was getting the best Traditional English chips I've had in an age. Full thickness chips, that nowhere else seems to sell these days. The Chinese king prawn curry was good, if slightly watery. While the Lemon Chinese was like no other I've ever tasted. Really good chicken flavours. I'm going to have to place a few more orders, as this is not your usual Chinese takeaway. Thank you for greate service 🙏. And, BTW, they're also a traditional English Fish & Chip Shop that does home deliveries. Now my No.1 favourite Chinese & Chip Shop 🍟 🐟 😋

The best sweet and sour prawns Hong Kong style I’ve had - salt and pepper chips compliment it so well. Seaweed isn’t the best but everything else I’ve ordered, I’ve been very happy with and always order from Tom Tom Wok going forward.
