    The team at TPF have been professional and reassuring from the very beginning. I went from feeling like number at the GP, to feeling like a person, and that our fertility journey was being supported and in great hands. TFP made the NHS referral quick and easy, and they even helped to get the right information from my GP as they kept making errors on the referral forms! They always address you by name and know your notes and situation before going in to every appointment. For me this was a big thing as it can be stressful having to explain the situation each time. Literally every person I’ve met at TFP is friendly and helpful. The clinics are so nice and they are always on time for appointments. This is complete contrast to what I’d experienced at Leicester Royal! For anyone struggling to get referred, or stuck in the system, reach out to TFP and they will help you get the right referral. I also joined one of their webinars which I found useful.

    Can’t thank nurture Nottingham enough. After changing hospitals we were amazed at how well all of the team were with us. From the receptionist to the drs and all those in between. A special thank you to Dr nick who took on our case as an individual one. He took the time to go through what we needed to change after our first failed cycle and altered what needed to be altered. Something we never had at our previous hospital. As well as this he believed in us and that we would be successful. I can’t tell you how much this helped with my mindset. Thank you all so much.     Someone recommended this clinic to me as it was close by to where I worked. I hadn’t read the reviews until my first appointment, and when I read them I then wished I went somewhere else (but I’d already paid upfront for my consultation so I couldn’t). From the very offset, all the girls who work here are kind, considerate and professional. My appointments and treatment started extremely quickly which made me feel mentally so much better. Their communication has been great. I am confused by what people below have said about the online portal - it is very easy to use and you also receive texts / emails with these messages on anyway. With regards to the actual treatment and advice, I dealt with a consultant called Harriet who was absolutely fantastic and I would strongly recommend booking with her if you choose to use this clinic - her knowledge was fantastic and I left my consultation feeling so positive. I think when choosing a clinic, it is important to take reviews such as those below with a pinch of salt. Infertility is a very scary time in life, and when we don’t get the results we want, it is easy to blame the ones who we were expecting to “fix” this. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in the Nottingham area.

    From the minute we stepped into nurture I instantly felt confident and put at ease. We had a journey of a couple of years of fertility treatment through the nhs and then transferred over for ivf to nuture and the difference in care is outstandingly different. I cannot fault anything in the care we received at nuture. We will be forever grateful as I sit here with a now 6 week old on our first attempt of ivf. We consider ourselves extremely lucky. Nuture not only gave us our dreams but everything before hand was professional and we felt extremely looked after. All staff have been amazing. The portal I thought was a brilliant idea and always found quite responsive. The facilities are brilliant overall anyone thinking of ivf you will not regret your care with nurture.

    Me and my husband are about to start next week with IVF. Never been through the experience before. I’m a little worried and overwhelmed. Our experience so far with Burton Fertility has been brilliant. Staff are very friendly and if you have a question you just just ring the clinic and they are more than happy to help you and answer any questions you have. Receptionists are lovely. The nursing team and our consultant are incredibly lovely and are very calming and they are keeping us informed via the portal which is a great idea. When a new message goes on there they email you or text you to make you aware. Any couple that are experiencing fertility issues I highly recommend Burton Fertility. 10 out of 10 so far from us

    I was incredibly disappointed with my IVF experience at Nurture in December last year. The whole process felt very rushed and impersonal. I was never seen by the same person, and only actually had contact with a doctor twice - most of the work is outsourced to radiographers, nurses and admin staff. All communication was delivered through an online portal; even when the news was disappointing and warranted a further discussion. I felt like I was rushed into egg collection despite a disappointing response to the medication which - while not entirely surprising due to my low AMH level - could have been different had I been given the opportunity to try a different protocol. I got the sense they just wanted to rush me through my one NHS-funded cycle so they could get their money, and then get me to pay for another one. I would not recommend Nurture to anyone, especially not those with low AMH. There are lots of clinics with better reputations, experience and willingness to get to know their clients and properly tailor the treatment to individual needs. Choose somewhere else.
