    This isn't a review of the shop's typical services, because I haven't bought anything from them. But, when I foolishly left my suit (of a different brand) on a train, one of this fine establishment's clients picked it up and brought it to Tom James. Upon checking the pockets and finding my business card, the company's staff called and allowed me to pick up my suit. Clearly these people are wonderful, as are their clients. Heroes!

    Not what it used to be. If you are looking for a reasonably cheap and cheerful suit that fits ok and gets delivered to the office then not bad. Issue is they are sales guys and not real taylors and so as soon as it gets a little more bespoke, the price goes up but the quality isn't there. That is both in terms of quality of product itself as well as simple things like producing what is asked for. If you actually want a nice suit, make the effort to go to a real taylor.
