I first went to Tom as I had problems with my knees that were preventing me from running. Tom advised a series of exercises in two Personal Trainer sessions that I continued to repeat over the next months, with 2-3 days per week in the gym. Tom's analysis was that I would be back running around 4-5 months and he was spot on. Could not recommend Tom Hall Fitness enough.
