we visited on 20 June 2022 approx 5-6.30pm. The store wasn't busy as there were only us as customers. We were greeted by 2 women staff. We intended to try and buy couple of aftershaves. As we went to the men's section, there was a male staff in the corner, who was sat on a high stool, leaning on the glass wall, looking outside. He just looked at us and looked outside again, as if waiting for his shift to end. At first I wasn't sure if he was staff or customer due to his actions. The full range of products were nicely displayed and we managed to try each one by ourselves. The whole time we were there, no staff approached us, asked, assisted or even sell their products, including the male staff who was sat down, just a meter close to us. We exit the store without any purchase. I will still buy Tom Ford products but NOT from this shop due to bad customer experience.

Her knowledge was outstanding, she helped me finding the perfect selection of fragrances explanding all the story behind every perfume and all the notes, it was incredible! I felt treated as a V.I.P. I wish every company had such an amazing staff and customer service. I highly recommend to visit this boutique if you want to have the most unique and exclusive Tom Ford experience!
