    £800 for 2 graphics cards that never materialised, told me they issued a refund, never received, they blamed there payment system but essentially they are a fraudulent company run by an incompetent and corrupt director. Avoid at all costs.

    They say they have a shop on their website, but it was very hard to find the address as not present in places you would expect it to be. I had to dig quite a lot to find they are in Unit 9 CM2 6TE. I was interested in buying something from their online shop, but how can I trust a company that claims they have a shop front and opening hours whilst simultaneously appearing to try to hide their location?

    Do not buy from this company. It is a scam, ordered a product, it never arrived, they eventually agreed to a refund, never paid it, when chased they provided a receipt and said it had been paid which it still hadn't. I pursued them in small claims court which found against them. After sending bailiffs over to recover the debt it turns out they are using a false address.

    As a great number of others have said, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, let them rot. I bought an EVGA 3080 Hybrid from them back in September '21 never received it asked for a refund in early december '21 they sent me an email saying the refund has been sent, never received it. They stopped communicating with me in late January '22 I contacted my bank, told them what happend and I then received my money back. This company deceives you with cards that seem to be at or lower than MSRP and this was especially the case during the great shortage. It seemed too good to be true when I was buying it, think i payed ~£800 for the card considering it was a 3080 with an AIO and was an EVGA card this was a really good price, I even asked them on live chat if the amount I payed may go whilst I wait for it they said yes it may and I asked if I can get a full refund if I want to cancel my order and they said yes. When you ask for a refund or RMA THEY WILL IGNORE YOU. They dont even try to deny or discuss anything with you they just stop talking.

    Do not buy anything from this place! I ordered over a year ago, refunded the start of this year and still no money back. The customer support is okay, I gave them plenty of time do refund me my money. But I've came to the conclusion I will never get my money back. The team on live chat & phone can't answer queries on refunds as that's the accounts department job who you cannot get in touch with. Awful company, stay clear!

    its been over a year since i asked for the refund.. still no refund, usual excuse of merchant problems.. load of Bull.. complete con and scammers.. will have to go visit in person to sort this out as owed over £1200
