the service was abysmal! We asked for one thing and got another. I've been to many fancy restaurants and paid similar prices to what I paid at tokii (£200). The amount of money we paid did not make sense in how much food we received - we were still hungry at the end of it. I would not recommend at all.

We celebrated my Mum’s birthday with a Sushi Making Masterclass - it was absolutely fantastic. Special thanks to our tutor Kazuyo who was brilliant, and all the staff who provided a really special experience for us both. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and hope to return in future.

We came for the afternoon tea. The food quality was top notch, the coffee drinks were made well and the staff were polite. The food portions were small, which you can see in the pictures. I didn't think this would be a problem, as they had told me over the phone they were refillable. In the restaurant when I requested this they made a fuss; I had to speak to 3 different staff members, and ended up waiting another half hour. I have paid less and had a better overall tea exprience elsewhere.

Great experience. I used my virgin experiences voucher for a afternoon tea good deal and staff didnt charge extra for service charge. Food was very tasty, pleasant, felt authentic and was treated very well and attentively by staff (genuine), especially Elizabeth.

(Translated by Google) There was Japanese food at the Prince Hotel restaurant, but it was a terrible imitation of Japanese food. The Japanese breakfast was terrible, but I don't think Japanese people cook at all, such as how to cook rice, miso soup, and tempura. I think the management of the Prince Hotel, which puts a Japanese-style restaurant in the hotel, which is common overseas, is also terrible.
