    As I can not leave a new review I would like to say I still regularly use the company and have done for the past 3 years, and stand by my review below.. I use this company on a very regular basis, mainly in the surrey area, hiring event toilets, site toilets, and flushing hot water units. I have never had a problem with them, they are my prefered supplier ( and I can tell you a few horror stories about dealings with other companies). I have always received a prompt service, no damage to customers property, regular servicing and exchange's made on long term hire units. I will continue to use them and recomend them (over 4 years trading with them now, with no problems).

    Have used Toilets+ two times over the last 12-months. First experience was good, 2nd experience was terrible. Experienced lots of hassle/phone calls/ emails/time wasted trying to organise the collection. Apparently, due to a '5ft wall' they refused to collect, please see below a picture of this '5ft wall' In the end, my father and I put it on the pavement ourselves!! I wonder if they will refund me the hefty delivery/collection charge? Hmmm... I'm sure we all know the answer to that! I will not be using them in future.

    Former worker . Management don't care about the drivers hence, workers do a bad job, Poor management at reigate when I was there, the manger spent more time on chastising drivers with tracking system telling you your damaging "their engines with monitoring system" rather than focusing on the work no wonder they always need drivers or mobile toilet cleaners, which is the true job description. Reading other reviews looks like they've have got worse.

    Weekly cleaning/maintenance is poor. Walls and floor left dirty. Only rim wiped, flushing liquid and rolls replaced. Shame :(
