I’ve just finished a Hypnobirthing refresher course for my 2nd child. Hypnobirthing really helped me relax for labour with my first child and so doing a refresher course was a great way for me and my husband to recap and prepare mentally and positively for our 2nd birth. I’m so pleased that I found Hayley for this. Hayley was such a great teacher that I felt I got so much more out of this than my first experience of Hypnobirthing. I feel relaxed and prepared now. The follow up emails from each session and the Hypnobirthing pack that was sent in the post after the course were much appreciated and a nice touch. I couldn’t recommend Hayley enough for teaching Hypnobirthing as a positive way to get prepare for labour and birth.🤰

We have just finished our first experience of hypnobirthing classes with Hayley and cannot stress enough how much of a positive experience we have had!
