I can appreciate the work of Property managers and agencies But this company just take you for a ride. Pathetic pathetic service I type this email while being on "hold" for 23 minutes while a staff member "reads the notes" I made a complaint last week, it didn't even get logged by the advisor. Called today and they logged another complaint I called in September 2022 for my door we are in May and it's still not resolved. How hard is it to fix a door I have never been more frustrated in my life Disgusting and incompetent and always lie and deceive Do not trust a word they tell you. You're better of going to your council and complain. They don't deserve to manage and properties

Lift out of order for FOUR weeks, fixed the failed to work again after two days. This is unacceptable and disgraceful, people on top floor of building are in their 80s and 90s and disabled, .

They treat you so badly & if you're already in hell... it makes you feel you're better off dead. They've destroyed my life and still I'm apparently liable to pay hundreds in arrears too.

Terrible place. They moved me into a home that used to be owned by a drug user. They said they “repaired” the property only to find out they barely did anything. I moved in and there was bird poo all over the walls, holes in the walls so I couldn’t decorate. More would reveal as I’d try to decorate. And there’s a crazy amount of mould growing on the walls as the repairs were half done. Absolute joke of a housing association. If you’re thinking of joining these DO NOT!!! they will expect money and increase your rent even knowing they’re property is practically unliveable! I am now stuck paying for the same 1 bedroom flat!

Not the greatest help. I’ve been trying to complain about the noise from my neighbour down below yet no response. Once the lease is done in June I shall be moving onto places for people.
