i have purchased a few tubs of their firm and medium fresh tofu where the Net weight stated 600g. However when I weighed the product , i found it to be around 530g. This difference in weight may be unlawful. When I tried to find the website and/or email address for them to complain, I found they didnt have any. Only a telephone number. If I am deaf how will this work. The product is fine - but i feel short changed

Dear Tofu King, I have been purchasing your tofu in the UK for years now and Tofuking is always our favourite brand. We used your soft tofu for miso soup and firm tofu for stew, all work perfectly. However, we are very disappointed with our most recent firm tofu purchase from you, the tofu looked fresh when we opened it however it was not firm at all, you can't even take it out of the package as one piece, it quickly melted....We don't know what was wrong with it and we were not dare to eat it due to health and safety reasons. I have attached a few photos for you.
