Overall good service from the booking staff although one of them was just never quite on the ball. Polite though. Delivery drivers Abdul and Michael were also polite. Delivery estimates and times were off the charts. Purchased in April, arrived in September. Not exactly their fault, given the economic climate, but I wish they'd given more updates instead of me having to chase them several times. Can't speak for quality of the doors just yet as they haven't been installed.
