We had a celliac within our party and he asked what contained wheat from the vegetable selection. Chef asked if he was wheat intollerent or celliac, when he answered celliac, chef immediately said that they would prepart veg in the kitchen seperately from other food so that there would be no cross contamination. Fantastic and what a selection of vegetables that were prepared for him. Dietary restrictions: We had a person within out party with a wheat allergy and chef prepared fresh vegetables for them, to avoid cross contamination, when we asked which foods contained wheat. We did'nt know they offered this service. Fantastic.

Meat ,Yorkshire pud was fine. But veg is not our choice. Carrots and cauliflower were hard. Had to leave on plate. Green beans okayish but no taste. Leaks were fine. To many potatoe dishes I'm afraid.
