7 of us from Northamptonshire that eat at Toby Carveries often. 2 of us vegetarian. The selection of vegetables was brilliant; cauliflower cheese, green Beene, peas, carrots, roast potatoes and mash. The mashed potatoes were very creamy and delicious. Even had cooked onions. Choice of meat was good too: Beef, lamb, Gammon, Turkey. We don’t have that many choices at our Toby carveries. Service was very quick even though it was a bank holiday Sunday. Well done staff and Chefs in Barnsley. 5 stars ⭐️ Vegetarian options: Lots of choice and good quality.

Sunday takeaway service is now a joke. You can’t pick what you want apparently to help get the queue down. Ok fair enough but then you can’t choose what you want. You must have the following and although you can take items off you can’t ask for more of another. Carrots, peas, colli cheese, mash and roast spuds. I’ve an allergy to 1 and don’t like another so that leaves me with not much. Crazy policy. The staff were kind and couldn’t apologise enough and said they were loosing customers due to it but nothing they can do. Sort it out Toby HQ. This could be executed so much better. We won’t be retuning until it’s changed that’s for sure.
