    Buffet breakfast has gone downhill. Most dishes were empty and took way too long to refill. The food did taste nice but in my opinion it needs improvement. The restaurant was only half full too.

    Massive queue for carvery. At least 45 mins standing on queue to get food. Only 1 person carving food. Surely there's a better way rather than queuing around the restaurant? Food was nice to be fair. But to wait in a queue with 2 small children was not enjoyable.

    Very busy and some tables had not been cleaned Got a table in the bar area. Food was good but I noticed that we had been over charged as only one discount had been taken off. Sorted quickly
