Last time I visited i requested to eat outside as was a lovely day I was then told to pay at bar first for drinks and food and get new cutlery to take outside which was fine. Then I got my food etc as I was about to walk out another waitress demanded if I had paid I said yes I have she then demanded to see proof of payment I said my receipt is in back of my pocket which it was. She was very abrupt and had an attitude I wish that next time the customer service is much better because I found it unacceptable for a customer that goes regularly it was the first time for bad service overall. I would like not to see this happen again as was no need for it. The waitress also went to tell her side of the story before i even got chance to speak to the manager which I thought was very sneaky. All I explained was the service was abit poor but the manager did apologise but it still left a bad experience to me I won't forget.

Drinks didn’t turn up till end of the meal after complaining. Servers at carving station were rude. Given barely any meat. Too photos. No gravy. We asked for it, again another rude comment was made. The table was sticky and the whole area we were sat in smeller like a damp wet rag. Felt dirty. Very little choice of veg. Very bad experience over all.
