Food is alright its really nothing special but that's just typical of a Toby Carvery isn't it. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful tho! - 2022 2023 - Staff are always lovely here and food was pretty decent this time around but I'd still only rate 3 stars and that's because this time there were a few ants crawling on our table and it put me off a bit 🐜 not nice to see when trying to eat....maybe sort those ants out lol!

You already have a complaint email which I'm guessing will be completely ignored. You sent a birthday email invitation. I duly accepted. Reservation made for 7.30pm. surprised to find there was no food left. A sign as you walk in stating there would be a problem with food availability as you were due to close Monday 8th for refurbishment. Yet nothing about this posted on the website. If you are going to be open then keep enough food available it isn't difficult. There were many other customers as equally as frustrated as we were. How could you still be letting customers in when the carvery was all but finished. No Beef. No Pork. No more fresh veggies were being prepared. Shocking
