The queueing time was horrendous the carver kept going off his station which was delaying us even more we were in a party of 4 , after about ten minutes waiting in line another colleague came over to help out which improved the queue massively some fresh beef came out but it was unbelievably chewy and fatty which I didn't enjoy one bit

Don't normally go to such low class establishments but thought I'd give it a go. With not going to a Toby for over a decade I didnt know what to do so we waited an hour for staff to approach us, nobody did so I had to get up and ask them what to do or could we order food. Then the Beef on the carvery was still Mooing and the veg was freezing. I begrudgingly ate the Veg and I left the lot of the Beef. Also ordered food for our Autistic son who doesn't eat roast dinners and was told that they didn't even do french fries with nuggets. Then when the nuggets came they were really small. Ice cream came melted in the bowl. Really disappointed.. Never again, Harvester or Beef Eater next time

Haven't been for a carvery for a long time, so decided to take my family. Very disappointed smallest amount of meat was carved for us, thin as you like, roasties where hard and tasteless considering they where beef dripping ones we got. The yorkies where flat as pancakes, and as far as toby's famous gravy it was tasteless aswell. For £13.29 a meal rip off. Definitely won't be going back again. Parking: Parking was ok
