I have now ordered twice unique pieces by artist Michael Aram from this company. Both times the quality, packaging and personal service were exquisit. Second time even thought a mistake happend entering wrong post code on my part. This companies customer service (a lady named Bianca) took it upon herself to update and support me every step of ths way, till the item was finally found and delivered in good standing.
