The worst taxi service I have ever received. Called in the afternoon to book a wheelchair taxi for a certain time and booking was accepted for this time. The agreed time came and no taxi arrived after waiting 15 minutes I called to see when they would arrive they informed me the taxi had not been dispatched and could not let me know a time.. even though the taxi was previously booked. No apologies no information, nothing. The taxi was for my nan an elderly lady in a wheel chair. They said they would call back, 2 hours later we received a call… 2 hours later. For a taxi that was booked and agreed for in advance.. Never again will I be using this service

Used this taxi company from Hilton to airport in Birmingham, driver so unhelpful! Never even said hello ! Never helped with luggage, just sat in drivers seat! Then charged £23 ! complaint going to Hilton hotel as this company is not to a standard that the Hilton should be associated with.

Absolutely shocking, when you ring to book as need transport for our wheelchair users in my care home you're told wait and see if 1 turns up, hours later no taxi. This is not the first time, appointments cancelled that we've waited a long time for, we haven't been able to book trips to town or panto or anything anymore as these are so unreliable. Literally the only way to get one is at a taxi rank so it's the less able who are missing out.

first time i used this firm was Monday 9th of Jan they were great arrived on time and safe travel for my wheelchair bound mother to get to her hospital appointment. then today she had a vital appointment for a ct scan on her head so i pre booked the day before for 3.15pm no taxi turned up after multiple calls and to be told that pre booking didn't guarantee a car!!!! and no driver was available for up to an hour. So vital appointment now missed lets hope this doesn't affect her long term health. No faith in this firm do not rely on them

Just got out of a taxi from T.O.A Birmingham, won’t use them again. The driver was swerving wildly on the motorway. We realised that he has been watching YouTube videos in his phone whilst driving us. Whilst it was great we could book with them at short notice today due to rail strike, we would have made other arrangements rather than risk our safety like this if we had known this was the standard of their drivers.
