The owner of the shop is such a lovely lady I was really nervous as a larger bridesmaid going in but she made me feel at ease no rushing and all the privacy needed. They have an amazing range of bridesmaid dresses to choose from, the one I chose I decided for a Forrest green and it is a beauty! When I came back for my fittings the seamstress was lovely made me feel like we’d known each other for ages and I was nervous for this appointment but they put my mind at ease & thankfully no alterations needed! Dress is now at my mums ready for the big day in a few weeks! Couldn’t recommend this place enough 10/10!

After a few bad experiences at other bridal shops I was quite nervous when I arrived at To have and to hold. Clare put me at ease straight away and created a lovely friendly atmosphere. I found my dress and was able to try it with accessories and a veil, we didn’t feel rushed and I was able to try on other dresses to check I was making the right choice. I only had 6 months until the big day and Clare was able to rush through the order to make sure it arrived on time. My dress and veil were stunning I wish I could wear it everyday,the perfect dress! Daisy was a miracle worker and was able to change the back of the dress and make sure it was the perfect length. I had a few fittings and each one was a lovely experience. I cannot recommend To have and to hold enough! The best bridal shop around! ❤️

An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, Clare and her team are absolutely amazing people and made me feel so comfortable and at ease! As someone who was nervous about trying on different styles, I was treated like a princess and all the way through (even when I wanted to try it on again and again) the team accommodated everything. Clare is a wonderful person and her team are a credit to her, would 100% recommend for any bride-to-be to go and experience this wonderful bridal shop! Would also like to thank Daisy the seamstress, who made me feel so calm and cared for when altering mine and my mums dresses. She too made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout. I really cannot thank the amazing Clare and her wonderful team enough, they were nothing short of perfect ❤️

They have the most beautiful selection of wedding and bridesmaid dresses, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. I was able to order my dress, my bridesmaid dress and even all the groomsmen ties from Clare as she is able to match with exact colours. I looked forward to every appointment with Clare; her warmth, kindness and genuine desire to play a part in making your special day perfect really shows. Clare is amazing. Went in originally with two bridesmaids, found the dress but didn’t order it. Went back a month later to order the dresses and find a junior style for another bridesmaid. Also had to change one of the dresses due to one of bridesmaids being pregnant! Clare was super helpful and even spoke to the seamstress to see what the best dress would be. She is getting one in especially for my bridesmaid even though she doesn’t stick that specific style but it fits in with the rest of my bridesmaids. I cannot thank you enough!!
