I ordered the apres gel x prep which I have used plenty times before and it always worked great until I got my new bottles which do not work whatsoever. I reached out to customer service they said that there was no defect even when I send video proof of the product not working? They also said they have tested every single product with the same batch number at their warehouse and they’re all working which I doubt that they tested every single one. They want to give me points so I can use them in a future purchase. Why would I want to purchase from this company again? Update I‘m not getting my money back so now I have wasted my money on products that don’t even work 🙂
