Like many others trying to buy and sell this year, the process has been very long and complicated, especially since our chain was looped! Despite never dealing with a looped chain before, James took control of the situation, came up with a plan, and rallied the other solicitors involved to get this very unusual chain through to completion. It was nail biting at times, but we had confidence in James and the team to pull it off, and they did!
