We had a couple of bad experience with other dealerships local to is so we were apprehensive buying another Volvo, especially unseen. Lee Morris dealt with our enquiry from start to finish and made it a stress free experience. We took delivery of our second hand XC90 this week and we are extremely impressed. It has been prepared to a high standard, with it being exactly as described. We even had a follow up call 2 days later to check we were happy. Couldn't recommend them enough and would be happy to buy from them again. Thank you to the team and we look forward to many day trips in our in our new toy. The flowers were a nice touch.

Initially I was sceptical about buying a used car online without seeing but then all my fears were laid to rest by Josh Hall from the TMS Coventry, he was all there throughout to answer my queries and address my concerns from beginning to end. There was a slight delay in delivery due to works needed but then he ensured that the car was in immaculate condition before delivery. He even offered me goodies for the delay. During the course of final sale Lee Morris further assisted me with the delivery of the car and frequently checked to ensure a smooth experience. Kudos to both Josh & Lee, many thanks. I had an incredibly positive experience with Lee Morris and the TMS Coventry Team and would highly recommend their care and service. I was connected with Lee as a result of an Autotrader advert. The car was on reserve, however Lee and his team kept me in the loop to let me know when the sale had been completed, so that I was aware of the possibility of its availability. Unsuccessful in securing this car, Lee took time to understand what I was looking for and my price range. He kept in regular contact over a period of a month. I did find a car with another dealership, however if this consistent and high level of service is offered by Lee and TMS when looking for a vehicle, then to complete with them must be an real feel good feeling. Everyone that I spoke to was friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this team highly enough.
