    Stay clear if want to speak to an actual human being and don’t want your time completely wasted! We spent hours providing documents that they requested and sometimes they even requested the exact same documents on serval occasions! When I emailed the lady that was dealing with our application (Joanne Goatcher) she completely dismissed my email and continued to ask for more documentation! (extremely rude and unhelpful). I then decided to ring her to see if I could get my questions answered this way instead, I called on 3 occasions with no answer so left a voicemail with my name and number and requested a call back. I never got this call back! I have since rang the housing development where the property is being built myself with some questions to find out that there is in fact no 2 or 3 bed houses available under shared ownership at this development. So not only have we had our time completely wasted we have had next to no communication and the communication we did receive they didn’t seem to really have a clue. If we have to go through a broker again we certainly won’t be using TMP!
