My brother had bought a guitar for my daughter a few years back from here. Original i found the owner very helpful, up untill December last year when one of the tuners needed to be replaced. We brought the guitar into the store where we were told it would be fixed and ready to collect in 3-4 days. On the 4th day we called and there was no recollection of this being booked in for replacement. Numerous calls later and around Three weeks after, we're told theyre still waiting on the parts. That's fine no problem with that, exept No one communiced, kept us up to date or informed us of the problems they were having and infact, it wasn't just one tuner that was going to be replaced, but instead every single one was going to be. This was due to the rarity of the originals so an entirely different set needed to put on (That's what we were told anyway.) This resulted in having to drill new holes for each of the new tuners which in turn has now defaced the headstock on my daughters guitar. These things happen so again, we let it slip. Fast forward to the day we were finally able to collect it which by now had been 6 weeks. I suggested to the owner that for the inconvenience and lack of professionalism, lowering the price slightly would be appreciated. To which he abruptly and rudely responded "if you dont like it ill take them back off and you can go elsewhere" Pure RUDENESS! I understand this is a small independent buisness but I found that extremely ill-mannered, disrespectful and downright inconsiderate to act in such a way to one of his customers. Especially after we respectfully waited patiently during this whole disorder.
